CT Environmental Literacy Plan (ELP)
​The Connecticut Environmental Literacy Plan is a framework to foster partnerships in support of dynamic and resilient ecosystems and communities. The plan unites multiple stakeholders in a common vision to encourage actions and behaviors for long term environmental change based on knowledge, communication, and decision-making.
