Connecticut Sustainable Schools Project

In 2011, the Connecticut Partnership for Sustainable Schools joined COEEA. The initiative is now known as the Connecticut Sustainable Schools Project and is a working group of COEEA.

Each year, since 2009, the group has held a Best Practices in Sustainability Education Conference. Locations have included:

  1. 2009 Common Ground Charter School, New Haven

  2. 2010 Watkinson School, Hartford

  3. 2011 Environmental Studies Magnet School at Mary Hooker, Hartford

  4. 2012 Barnard Environmental Magnet School, New Haven
